Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Jim Corbett Safari Planner (the "Site"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this Site and any bookings made through it. By accessing or booking via this Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or make bookings.
Last updated: 06-09-2025
2. Our Services
We provide information and booking services for safaris, forest rest houses, resorts, transfers and related tour services around Jim Corbett National Park ("Services"). We act as an intermediary between you and service providers (hotels, safari operators, vehicles, guides).
We do our best to list accurate details but availability, prices, and rules are set by third-party operators and may change.
3. Booking, Prices & Payment
- Booking confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after full payment (or deposit where applicable) and when you receive a confirmation e-mail from us.
- Prices: Prices shown are correct at time of publishing but may change. Final price will be confirmed at checkout. Taxes and fees (if any) will be shown separately.
- Payment methods: We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies differ by service provider. Before completing your booking, please review the provider's cancellation and refund policy shown on the booking page.
- If the provider allows refunds, we will process refund requests per their policy after verification.
- Service fees, transaction charges or non-refundable deposits may not be refunded.
- We recommend travel insurance for unexpected events. We do not guarantee refunds for events beyond provider control.
5. Changes & Cancellations by Providers
Providers may change schedules, vehicle types or cancel bookings due to park rules, weather, government or park authorities. We will try to notify you ASAP and assist with alternatives, but we are not responsible for provider-driven changes.
6. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate personal and payment information.
- Follow park rules, guide instructions and safety guidelines during safari and stays.
- Be responsible for required documents (IDs, permits) and any park entry fees unless specified.
7. Advertising & Paid Listings
We may show paid listings, promotions or ads on the Site. Listings and ads are labeled clearly. We do not make guarantees about wildlife sightings or results — any promotional statements are aspirational and not guarantees.
AdWords & PPC compliance note: Our marketing statements avoid misleading claims and reflect actual services; make sure any third-party ads you run follow Google Ads policies.
8. Third-Party Links & Providers
The Site may link to third-party websites or rely on third-party providers. We are not responsible for their content, booking terms, or privacy practices. Please read those providers' terms before booking.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jim Corbett Safari Planner and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for events outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to park closures, natural events, or government orders.
10. Intellectual Property

11. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and store personal information needed to process bookings; payments are handled securely by our payment partners.
